This is more affordable then face to face personal training and allows for more flexibility in your schedule. The cost is only $10 a workout! You chose how much you want to spend a week. 2 workout will cost $20. Thats it! What you will get: 2 days, 3 days, 4 days a week of workouts depending on what you want.
