Lisa is a Trauma-Informed Personal Trainer with 17 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her passion is helping individuals achieve their health goals, particularly those recovering from injury or undergoing physical therapy. She provides one-on-one training tailored to each client's unique needs, making fitness accessible and convenient for all.
Lisa's journey to becoming a personal trainer began with her own love of exercise and how it improved her physical and mental health. She began as a group exercise instructor, teaching a variety of classes including spinning, step, High Intensity, and yoga/pilates. She now has a wealth of experience in functional movement and injury prevention. Lisa has a unique ability to create effective workout plans that address each client's specific needs.
Drawing from a diverse background in physical therapy, athletic training and massage therapy, she has a deep understanding of the human body and how to maximize performance while minimizing risk of injury. From post-surgical rehabilitation to managing chronic conditions, Lisa works closely with clients to ensure they are safely and effectively working towards their goals.
Lisa now focuses on in-home training, helping clients who face barriers such as busy schedules, mental blockers, low self-image, or mobility issues.
