Having a personal trainer visit your home saves you time and effort—no need to commute to a gym. It allows you to work out in the comfort and privacy of your own space, where sessions are tailored specifically to your needs. This setup offers greater flexibility in scheduling, eliminates gym membership fees, and ensures a clean, safe environment for your fitness journey.
In addition to personal training, we now offer 30-Minute Assisted Stretch & Percussion Therapy Sessions—the perfect way to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and enhance recovery without the cost of a full massage. Whether you're dealing with stiffness from work, recovering from workouts, or simply want to move and feel better, this hands-on service provides targeted relief in just 30 minutes, all in the comfort of your home.

Get a personalized training program built around your goals, fitness level, schedule, available equipment, and any physical limitations. This option is for clients who are comfortable working out on their own and want a personalized plan without in person sessions.

This option includes weekly check ins and ongoing adjustments, so your workouts continue to match your progress, energy, and real life needs. If something is not working, I adjust it. If you are ready to progress, I build that in too.
