My name is Lisa and I live and train in Fairfax, Virginia. I love working with people who are starting out in their quest for fitness and those who are finding their way back. I know first hand the struggles and it is real from recovering from injury, health issues and mental health zapping your energy and motivation. When a client says to me that their doctor lowered their high blood pressure medication or their cholesterol medication or they are grateful I made them do single leg work because they can stand up from a sitting position on one leg with the other leg in a cast, it keeps reminding me of how important fitness is and the work I do.

Lisa pushes me to get stronger and not just workouts; she shares nutritional information and overall health advice. I personally like that she doesn’t hesitate to correct my form or call me out if she knows I can do better. If she praises me I KNOW I earned it!

I am so grateful for Lisa! Working out with her has changed my life. She is so supportive and encouraging and ready to meet a client where they are on their fitness journey. Through her carefully planned workouts I was able to eliminate pain from a long-standing hip problem!

Lisa is terrific. Have used her for both in person and virtual training. She tunes the program to challenge you while avoiding injury or chronic issues (e.g. back problems) and building strength and flexibility

In my first month and a half of working out with Lisa I lost 10 lbs and my systolic blood pressure went down 15 points

I truly feel like I "rediscovered fitness" with Lisa. Her style is compassionate, to-the-point, and encouraging! I was looking for a trainer who wouldn't yell at me, intimidate me, or push me in ways I wasn't comfortable, and I couldn't be happier to have found Lisa. Her approach is holistic, and she focuses on mental and physical health--not just weight loss!
