Lisa is terrific. Have used her for both in person and virtual training. She tunes the program to challenge you while avoiding injury or chronic issues (e.g. back problems) and building strength and flexibility

I have been working with Lisa for a few months now and she is the best! I had no prior experience with weight training and had an injury we needed to work around. Lisa has made this a great experience. She prepares well for every single session--all of which are thoughtfully constructed to build on each other and build my strength. She definitely pushes me -- but just enough. She has made strength training accessible for me and I'm so thankful. She's also a good egg and we have fun together!

Lisa is an amazing coach! She understands all my concerns and is very proactive in giving me advice and answering my questions. She keeps in touch with me to see how I am doing outside of the sessions as well. She is also very gentle but motivating at the same time. I had a great experience!
