I" started recognizing that I needed proper instruction if I was going to continue working out on a regular basis and that's when I found Lisa on Thumbtack, and she.is.great!
For our first appointment, she set expectations high when she showed up 10 minutes early (which I loved). She then gave me a fitness assessment and asked a lot of questions so that she could tailor a training program for my goals and my needs. She also checked in with me the next day to see how I was doing, and again the following week. She made recommendations for stretching, and tools I could use, post-workout. She even sent along some videos for things for me to try between sessions.
My favorite thing about Lisa is that I feel like she is really there to help me. She's not there to make me do something I can't do. She's not there to make me feel bad.
