After assessing your strengths and weaknesses, I will design weekly workouts to maximize your results. We will work on improving mobility, balance, and form– in that order! Exercises you might do at home include wall squats, step ups, push ups, kettle bell swings, dumbbells, jump rope, stretches and so mush more.
